(وَ) قَوْلُ مُوَكِّلٍ لِوَكِيلِهِ (وَكِّلْ عَنْكَ) يَصِحُّ فَإِنْ فَعَلَ فَالْوَكِيلُ (وَكِيلُ وَكِيلِهِ فَلَهُ عَزْلُهُ) يَنْعَزِلُ بِمَوْتِ الْوَكِيلِ الْأَوَّلِ وَعَزْلِهِ.
