(وَلَهُ) أَيْ: الَّذِي أَخَّرَ حَقَّهُ مِنْ الدَّيْنِ (مُشَارَكَةُ شَرِيكِهِ) الَّذِي لَمْ يُؤَخِّرْ (فِيمَا يَقْبِضُهُ مِنْ الدَّيْنِ مِمَّا لَمْ يُؤَخِّرْ) لِاشْتِرَاكِهِ بَيْنَهُمَا
