شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَ) إنْ قَالَ: اتَّجِرْ بِهِ وَالرِّبْحُ (بَيْنَنَا) صَحَّ مُضَارَبَةً و (يَسْتَوِيَانِ فِيهِ) أَيْ: الرِّبْحِ لِإِضَافَتِهِ إلَيْهِمَا إضَافَةً وَاحِدَةً وَلَمْ يَتَرَجَّحْ بِهِ أَحَدُهُمَا.
