(ولَا رِبْحَ لِعَامِلٍ حَتَّى يَسْتَوْفِيَ رَأْسَ الْمَالِ) أَيْ: يُسَلِّمَهُ لِرَبِّهِ ; لِأَنَّ الرِّبْحَ هُوَ الْفَاضِلُ مِنْ رَأْسِ الْمَالِ وَمَا لَمْ يَفْضُلْ فَلَيْسَ بِرِبْحٍ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(ولا ربح لعامل حتى يستوفي رأس المال) يعني: أن العامل لا يستحق أخذ شيء من الربح حتى يسلّم رأس المال إلى ربه،؛ لأن معنى الربح هو الفاضل عن رأس المال، وما لم يفضل فليس بربح.
