(وَلِكُلٍّ) مِنْ الشَّرِيكَيْنِ (طَلَبُ أُجْرَةِ) عَمَلٍ وَلَوْ تَقَبَّلَهُ صَاحِبُهُ وَيَبْرَأُ مُسْتَأْجِرٌ بِدَفْعِهَا لِأَحَدِهِمَا.
