شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَ) يُشْتَرَطُ فِي اسْتِئْجَارٍ (لِحَرْثٍ مَعْرِفَةُ أَرْضٍ) بِرُؤْيَةٍ ; لِاخْتِلَافِهِ بِاخْتِلَافِهَا سُهُولَةً وَضِدَّهَا وَلَا تَنْضَبِطُ بِالصِّفَةِ.
