شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَيُكْرَهُ اسْتِئْجَارُ أَصْلِهِ) كَأُمِّهِ وَأَبِيهِ وَجَدِّهِ وَجَدَّتِهِ وَإِنْ عَلَوْا (لِخِدْمَتِهِ) لِمَا فِيهِ مِنْ إذْلَالِ وَالِدِيهِ بِالْحَبْسِ عَلَى خِدْمَتِهِ.

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(ويكره أصله لخدمته) أي: يكره للإنسان أن يستأجر أباه وأمه وجده وجدته لخدمته؛ لما فيه من إذلال الوالدين بالحبس على خدمة الولد.
