(وَلَا يَلْزَمُهُ) أَيْ: الرَّاعِيَ (رَعْيُ سِخَالِهَا) ; لِأَنَّهَا زِيَادَةٌ لَمْ يَشْمَلْهَا الْعَقْدُ.
