(وَلَا تَجِبُ) أُجْرَةٌ (بِبَذْلِ) تَسْلِيمِ عَيْنٍ (فِي) إجَارَةٌ (فَاسِدَةٍ) ; لِأَنَّ مَنَافِعَهَا لَمْ تَتْلَفْ تَحْتَ يَدِهِ وَلَا فِي مِلْكِهِ
