وَإِنْ قَالَ: مَنْ أَرَادَ رَمْيَ سَهْمٍ لِحَاضِرِهِ إنْ أَخْطَأْتُ فَلَكَ دِرْهَمٌ لَمْ يَجُزْ ; لِأَنَّ الْجُعْلَ إنَّمَا يَكُونُ فِي مُقَابَلَةِ عَمَلٍ، وَلَمْ يُوجَدْ مِنْ الْحَاضِرِ. [
