شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَمَعَ تَفْرِيطِهِ) أَيْ: رَبِّ الشَّاةِ (تُذْبَحُ) أَيْ: الشَّاةُ (بِلَا ضَمَانٍ) عَلَى رَبِّ الْإِنَاءِ ; لِأَنَّ التَّفْرِيطَ مِنْ جِهَتِهِ فَهُوَ أَوْلَى بِالضَّرَرِ مِمَّنْ لَمْ يُفَرِّطْ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(ومع تفريطه) أي: تفريط رب الشاة: (تذبح بلا ضمان) على رب الإناء؛ لأنه لما كان التفريط من جهته كان أولى بحصول الضرر من الذي لم يفرط.
