(وَلَا) يَضْمَنُ غَاصِبٌ شَيْئًا (إنْ) زَادَ مَغْصُوبٌ بِيَدِهِ فَزَادَتْ قِيمَتُهُ ثُمَّ زَالَتْ الزِّيَادَةُ ثُمَّ (عَادَ مِثْلُهَا) أَيْ قَدْرُ الزِّيَادَةِ الْأُولَى
