(فَإِنْ اتَّصَلَتْ الْمَزَارِعُ) لَمْ يَطْرُدْهَا ; لِأَنَّ فِيهِ تَسْلِيطًا عَلَى مَالِ غَيْرِهِ. وَ (صَبَرَ لِيَرْجِعَ عَلَى رَبِّهَا) بِبَدَلِ مَا تَأْكُلُهُ حَيْثُ لَا يُمْكِنُهُ مِنْهَا إلَّا بِتَسْلِيطِهَا عَلَى مَالِ غَيْرِهِ
