(فَإِنْ تَابَا بِفِعْلِهَا) مَعَ إقْرَارِ الْجَاحِدِ لِوُجُوبِهَا بِهِ، كَمَا يُعْلَمُ مِمَّا يَأْتِي فِي الرِّدَّةِ خُلِّيَ سَبِيلُهُمَا.
