شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَعَلَيْهِمْ) أَيْ: الْحَافِرِينَ لَهَا (بَذْلُ فَاضِلٍ) عَنْهُمْ مِنْ مَائِهَا (لِشَارِبٍ فَقَطْ) أَيْ: دُونَ نَحْوِ زَرْعٍ،
