(فَإِنْ) فَوَّضَ إلَيْهِ مَعَ عَدَالَتِهِ ثُمَّ (فَسَقَ) بَعْدُ (عُزِلَ) بِالْبِنَاءِ لِلْمَفْعُولِ، لِأَنَّهَا وِلَايَةٌ عَلَى حَقِّ غَيْرِهِ فَنَافَاهَا الْفِسْقُ
