(مَسْجِدٌ وَرِبَاطٌ وَنَحْوُهُمَا) كَسِقَايَةٍ. فَإِذَا تَعَذَّرَ الصَّرْفُ فِيهَا صَرَفَ فِي مِثْلِهَا تَحْصِيلًا لِغَرَضِ الْوَاقِفِ حَسَبَ الْإِمْكَانَ
