(أَجَازَ) وَصِيَّةً لِابْنِهِ. لِأَنَّ الْأَبَ إنَّمَا يَمْلِكُ الرُّجُوعَ فِيمَا وَهَبَهُ لِوَلَدِهِ. وَالْإِجَازَةُ تَنْفِيذٌ لِمَا وَهَبَهُ غَيْرُهُ لِابْنِهِ
