(وَتَصِحُّ) الْوَصِيَّةُ (لِصِنْفٍ مِنْ أَصْنَافِ الزَّكَاةِ) كَالْفُقَرَاءِ وَالْغُزَاةِ. (وَ) تَصِحُّ (لِجَمِيعِهَا) أَيْ أَصْنَافِ الزَّكَاةِ لِأَنَّهُمْ يَمْلِكُونَ
