(وَلَوْ وَصَّى بِعِتْقِ مِثْلِ عَبْدٍ بِأَلْفٍ) نَفَذَ ذَلِكَ إنْ خَرَجَ الْأَلْفُ مِنْ الثُّلُثِ أَوْ (اُشْتُرِيَ) عَبْدٌ (بِثُلُثِهِ) أَيْ ثُلُثِ الْمَالِ (إنْ لَمْ يَخْرُجْ) الْأَلْفُ مِنْ الثُّلُثِ وَلَمْ تُجِزْ الْوَرَثَةُ
