(وَيَلِيهِ) أَيْ وَقْتَ الضَّرُورَةِ لِلْعِشَاءِ الْوَقْتُ (لِلْفَجْرِ) إجْمَاعًا، وَيَمْتَدُّ (إلَى الشُّرُوقِ) لِحَدِيثِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ مَرْفُوعًا «وَقْتُ الْفَجْرِ مَا لَمْ تَطْلُعْ الشَّمْسُ» رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(ويليه) أي: ويلي وقت العشاء الوقت (للفجر) إجماعاً. ويمتد (إلى الشروق)؛ لما روى عبد الله بن عمرو أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " وقت الفجر ما لم تطلع الشمس " (٢) . رواه مسلم.
