(وَكَذَا) إنَاءٌ (مُضَبَّبٌ) بِذَهَبٍ أَوْ فِضَّةٍ فَيُحَرَّمُ كَالْمُصْمَتِ.

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(وكذا) في الحكم اناء (مضبب) بذهب أو فضة. وصورة ذلك: أن ينكسر الاناء من الخشب أو نحوه فيضبب بضبة كبيرة أو يسيرة من ذهب، أو- كبيرة من فضة فيحرم استعمال هذا الاناء كما يحرم استعمال المكفت ونحوه بسبب ذلك؛ لوجود العلة فيه.
