(وَمَنْ وَصَّى فِي فِعْلِ شَيْءٍ لَمْ يَصِرْ وَصِيًّا فِي غَيْرِهِ) لِأَنَّهُ اسْتَفَادَ التَّصَرُّفَ بِإِذْنِ مُوصِيهِ، فَهُوَ مَقْصُورٌ عَلَى مَا أُذِنَ لَهُ فِيهِ كَالْوَكِيلِ
