(وَيُعِيدُ إنْ) اجْتَهَدَ وَتَبَيَّنَ لَهُ أَنَّهُ (أَخْطَأَ) الْوَقْتَ (فَصَلَّى قَبْلَهُ) لِوُقُوعِهَا نَفْلًا وَبَقَاءِ فَرْضِهِ عَلَيْهِ،

فَإِنْ لَمْ يَتَبَيَّن لَهُ الْخَطَأُ، فَلَا إعَادَةَ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(و) إذا صلى مع غلبة ظنه فانه (يعيد) الصلاة (ان اخطأ) بأن بانت صلاته فبل الوقت؛ لأنها لم تجب واليقين ممكن.
