(وَتُصَحَّحُ) الْمَسْأَلَةُ (مَعَ كَسْرٍ) أَيْ: انْكِسَارِ سِهَامِ فَرِيقٍ أَوْ أَكْثَرَ عَلَيْهِ (كَمَا سَيَأْتِي) فِي الْبَابِ بَعْدَهُ وَلَكَ فِي عَمَلِ مَسَائِلِ الرَّدِّ مَعَ أَحَدِ الزَّوْجَيْنِ طَرِيقٌ أُخْرَى، وَهِيَ طَرِيقُ مَا فَوْقَ الْكَسْرِ. وَقَدْ أَشَارَ إلَيْهَا بِقَوْلِهِ
