(وَ) لَا يَجِبُ السَّتْرُ (لَا بِحَفِيرَةٍ وَطِينٍ وَمَاءٍ كَدِرٍ لِعَدَمِ) غَيْرِهَا ; لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ بِسُتْرَةٍ.
