(وَمَنْ أَعْتَقَ رَقِيقَهُ عَنْ) مُكَلَّفٍ رَشِيدٍ (حَيٍّ بِأَمْرِهِ فَوَلَاؤُهُ لِمُعْتَقٍ عَنْهُ) كَمَا لَوْ بَاشَرَهُ.

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar
(ومن أعتق رقيقَه عن) إنسان مكلف رشيد (حيَّ بأمره: فولاؤه لمعتق عنه) على الأصح؛ كما لو باشره.
