(وَإِنْ تَبَرَّعَ بِهِمَا) أَيْ: الْإِطْعَامِ وَالْكِسْوَةِ أَجْنَبِيٌّ (أَوْ) تَبَرَّعَ (بِعِتْقٍ أَجْنَبِيٌّ أَجْزَأَ) كَقَضَائِهِ عَنْهُ دَيْنًا
