شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَيَبْقَى وَلَاءُ نَفْسِهِ) أَيْ: الَّذِي مَلَكَ أَبَاهُ (لِمَوْلَى أُمِّهِ) ; لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَجُرُّ وَلَاءَ نَفْسِهِ (كَمَا لَا يَرِثُ نَفْسَهُ) وَشَذَّ عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ فَقَالَ: يَجُرُّ وَلَاءَ نَفْسِهِ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(ويبقى ولاء نفسه) أي نفس الذي ملك أباه (لمولى أمه) لأنه لا يجر ولاء نفسه (كما لا يرث نفسه) .

وشذ عمرو بن دينار بقوله أنه يجر ولاء نفسه.
