(وَيَصِحُّ شِرَاءُ شَاهِدَيْنِ) أَوْ أَحَدِهِمَا (مِنْ) أَيْ: رَقِيقٍ (رُدَّتْ شَهَادَتُهُمَا) عَلَى سَيِّدِهِ (بِعِتْقِهِ وَيَعْتِقُ عَلَيْهِمَا كَانْتِقَالِهِ) أَيْ: مَنْ رُدَّتْ شَهَادَتُهُمَا بِعِتْقِهِ
