(وَكَذَا لَوْ حَلَقَ عَانَةَ مَنْ لَا يُحْسِنُهُ) أَيْ حَلْقَ عَانَةِ نَفْسِهِ فَيُبَاحُ لِلْحَلَّاقِ النَّظَرُ إلَى الْمَحَلِّ الَّذِي يَحْلِقُهُ نَصًّا

(وكذا لو حلق عانة من لا يحسنه) أي: لا يحسن حلق عانة ثفسه. يعني: أنه يباح له النظر إلى المحل الذي يحلقه. نص عليه، وقاله أبو يعلى الصغير وأبو الوفا.
