(فَإِنْ تَشَاحُّوا) أَيْ الْأَوْلِيَاءُ الْمُسْتَوُونَ فِي الدَّرَجَة فَطَلَبَ كُلٌّ مِنْهُمْ أَنْ يُزَوِّجَ (أُقْرِعَ) بَيْنَهُمْ لِتَسَاوِيهِمْ فِي الْحَقِّ وَتَعَذُّرِ الْجَمْعِ بَيْنَهُمْ
