(فَتَحْرُمُ كُلُّ نَسِيبَةٍ) أَيْ قَرِيبَةٍ (سِوَى بِنْتِ عَمٍّ وَ) بِنْتِ (عَمَّةٍ وَبِنْتِ خَالٍ وَبِنْتِ خَالَةٍ وَ) إنْ نَزَلْنَ، لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى:{وَبَنَاتِ عَمِّكَ} الْآيَةَ. وَالْقِسْمُ
