(وَلَهُ) أَيْ الْمُسْتَبْرِئِ (نِكَاحُ أَرْبَعٍ سِوَاهَا) أَيْ سِوَى أُخْتِ سُرِّيَّتِهِ وَنَحْوِهَا لِأَنَّ تَحْرِيمَ نَحْوِ أُخْتِهَا لِمَعْنًى لَا يُوجَدُ فِي غَيْرِهَا
