شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَكِتَابِيٌّ حُرٌّ فِي ذَلِكَ) أَيْ نِكَاحِ الْأَمَةِ (كَمُسْلِمٍ) فَلَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ إلَّا بِالشَّرْطَيْنِ وَكَوْنِهَا كِتَابِيَّةً .
