(وَ) مَتَى فَسَخَتْ (قَبْلَهُ) أَيْ الدُّخُولِ فَ (لَا مَهْرَ) نَصًّا لِمَجِيءِ الْفُرْقَةِ مِنْ قِبَلِهَا كَمَا لَوْ ارْتَدَّتْ أَوْ أَرْضَعَتْ مَنْ يَنْفَسِخُ بِهِ نِكَاحُهَا

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(و) متى فسخت نكاحها (قبله) أي: قبل الدخول: فـ (لا مهر) . نص عليه؛ لأن الفرقة جاءت من قبل الزوجة. فسقط بذلك مهرها؛ كما لو ارتدت أو أرضعت من يفسخ نكاحها رضاعه.
