(فِي) إمْكَانِ الْوَطْءِ بِمَا بَقِيَ مِنْهُ وَ (عَدَمِ إمْكَانِهِ) أَيْ الْوَطْءِ ; لِأَنَّهُ يَضْعُفُ بِالْقَطْعِ وَالْأَصْلُ عَدَمُ الْوَطْءِ. الشَّيْءُ الثَّانِي ذَكَرَهُ بِقَوْلِهِ
