(وَإِلَّا) بِأَنْ كَانَ إقْرَارُهَا بِالْوَطْءِ فِي الْقُبُلِ قَبْلَ ثُبُوتِ عُنَّتِهِ (فَلَيْسَ بِعِنِّينٍ) لِاعْتِرَافِهَا بِمَا يُنَافِي دَعْوَاهَا، وَلِأَنَّ حُقُوقَ الزَّوْجِيَّةِ مِنْ اسْتِقْرَارِ الْمَهْرِ وَوُجُوبِ الْعِدَّةِ تَثْبُتُ بِالْوَطْءِ مَرَّةً وَقَدْ وُجِدَ
