(وَمَتَى صَحَّ) الْمَهْرُ (الْمُسَمَّى) فِي نِكَاحٍ يُقَرَّانِ عَلَيْهِ (أَخَذَتْهُ) دُونَ غَيْرِهِ لِوُجُوبِهِ، وَصِحَّةُ النِّكَاحِ وَالتَّسْمِيَةُ كَتَسْمِيَةِ الْمُسْلِمِ
