(وَلَوْ تَلِفَ الْخَلُّ) الْمُنْقَلِبُ عَنْ خَمْرٍ أَصْدَقَهَا إيَّاهَا (قَبْلَ طَلَاقِهِ رَجَعَ) إنْ كَانَ الطَّلَاقُ قَبْلَ الدُّخُولِ (بِنِصْفِ مِثْلِهِ) ; لِأَنَّهُ مِثْلِيٌّ
