شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَمِثْلُهُ) أَيْ: الصَّدَاقِ فِيمَا ذُكِرَ (أَدَاءُ ثَمَنٍ) عَنْ مُشْتَرٍ تَبَرُّعًا (ثُمَّ يَفْسَخُ) الْبَيْعَ (بِعَيْبٍ) أَوْ تَقَايُلٍ وَنَحْوِهِ

(ومثله) أي: ومثل ذلك في الحكم (أداء ثمن) عمن اشترى سلعة متبرعًا به عن المشتري (ثم يفسخ) البيع (لعيب) فإن المشتري يرجع بنظير الثمن على بائعه.
