(وَمَا أَوْلَدَهَا) مَنْ سُلِّمَتْ إلَيْهِ بِدَعْوَى الزَّوْجِيَّةِ (فَ) هُوَ (حُرٌّ لَا وَلَاءَ عَلَيْهِ) لِإِقْرَارِ السَّيِّدِ بِأَنَّهَا مِلْكُ الْوَاطِئِ
