شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَيَقَعُ) الطَّلَاقُ (رَجْعِيًّا) إنْ أَجَابَهَا (بِلَفْظِ طَلَاقٍ أَوْ) لَفْظِ خُلْعٍ مَعَ (نِيَّتِهِ) أَيْ: الطَّلَاقَ وَلَا تَبِينُ مِنْهُ لِفَسَادِ الْعِوَضِ.
