(وَلَا تَطْلُقُ) الزَّوْجَةُ (إنْ قَالَ) الزَّوْجُ بَعْدَ بَرَاءَةِ أَبِيهَا لَهُ: (طَلَّقْتُهَا إنْ بَرِئْتُ) أَنَا (مِنْهُ) أَيْ: مِنْ مَهْرِهَا ; لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَبْرَأُ مِنْهُ بِذَلِكَ.
