(وَلَا لِأَبِ) زَوْجٍ صَغِيرٍ أَوْ مَجْنُونٍ أَوْ (سَيِّدِهِمَا) أَيْ: الصَّغِيرِ، وَالْمَجْنُونِ (أَنْ يُخَالِعَا أَوْ يُطَلِّقَا عَنْهُمَا) أَيْ: الصَّغِيرِ، وَالْمَجْنُونِ لِحَدِيثِ " «الطَّلَاقُ لِمَنْ أَخَذَ بِالسَّاقِ» .

(ولا لأب) زوج (صغير أو مجنون، أو سيدهما) أي: سيد الصغير والمجنون (أن يخلعا أو يطلقا عنهما) أي: عن الصغير والمجنون على الأصح.
