(وَيَصِحُّ) الْخُلْعُ (عَلَى) ثَوْبٍ (هَرَوِيٌّ فِي الذِّمَّةِ) ، وَعَلَيْهَا أَنْ تُعْطِيَهُ سَلِيمًا ; لِأَنَّ الْإِطْلَاقَ يَقْتَضِي السَّلَامَةَ
