(وَيُبَاحُ) الطَّلَاقُ (عِنْدَهَا) أَيْ: الْحَاجَةِ إلَيْهِ كَسُوءِ خُلُقِ الْمَرْأَةِ، وَالتَّضَرُّرِ بِهَا مِنْ غَيْرِ حُصُولِ الْغَرَضِ بِهَا
