شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَلَا يَمْلِكُ) وَكِيلٌ (بِإِطْلَاقِ) مُوَكِّلٍ فِي طَلَاقٍ (تَعْلِيقًا) أَيْ: أَنْ يُعَلِّقَ الطَّلَاقَ عَلَى شَرْطٍ ; لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَأْذَنْ فِيهِ صَرِيحًا وَلَا عُرْفًا.
