(وَإِنْ قَالَ) لِزَوْجَتِهِ (طَلِّقِي نَفْسَكِ كَانَ لَهَا ذَلِكَ) أَيْ: طَلَاقُ نَفْسِهَا (مُتَرَاخِيًا كَوَكِيلِ) غَيْرِهَا ; لِأَنَّهُ مُقْتَضَى اللَّفْظِ وَالْإِطْلَاقِ.
