(فَلَوْ قَالَ: أَرَدْتُ تَأَخُّرَ اثْنَتَيْنِ قُبِلَ) ذَلِكَ مِنْهُ (حُكْمًا) لِاحْتِمَالِ لَفْظِهِ لَهُ إذْ الْبَعْضُ حَقِيقَةٌ فِي الْقَلِيلِ وَالْكَثِيرِ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(فلو قال: أردت تأخر ثنتين، قبل منه) ذلك (حكماً) أي: في الحكم في الأصح؛ لأن لفظه يحتمله. ولأن البعض حقيقة في القليل والكثير، فما فسر كلامه به لايخالف الحقيقة. فيجب أن يقبل.
